Coatings

FALK buys its steel from renowned steel suppliers such as Tata Steel and Arcelor. This means we work with the very best coatings – with the best performance and warranties of up to 40 years!

In addition to the variety of colours and textures, we also offer a wide range of coating applications. We have a solution for every situation; our Foodsafe coating is used in the food industry, and our Agri-coating is used in the agricultural sector, for instance.

Colorcoat Prisma®

Colorcoat Prisma® not only pushes the boundaries of UV performance but also exceeds the highest European standards for corrosion resistance. This makes it the ideal choice for commercial premises, retail buildings and warehouses, the public sector and properties with superior aesthetic appeal. Designed with sustainability in mind. Tata Steel’s Confidex® warranty is available on this coating.

The Colorcoat Prisma® colour range includes a number of colour palettes, namely Special Metallics, Uni colours, Elements and the Matt colours. A total of over 30 contemporary colours, all suitable for creating a distinctive look for your building.

Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra®

Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® has been developed to perform in a wide variety of environments. Even in the most demanding and aggressive environments, steel pre-coated with Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® offers ultimate durability and corrosion resistance. The product is subjected to extensive field and accelerated laboratory testing that exceeds required standards. Not surprisingly, Tata Steel’s Confidex® warranty is also available on HPS200 Ultra® coatings.

The Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® coating range comprises a palette of no fewer than 41 unique colours: 20 colours in the Signature range, 15 colours in the Classic range and 6 colours in the Matt range. In addition to these colours, FALK Bouwsystemen also offers its own unique colour in the HPS colour range: FALK Black Matt.

FALK Select 35

Besides Tata Steel coatings, we also offer our own high-quality alternative: FALK Select 35. These are our own pre-coated steel products with perfect product performance and warranties of up to 15 years. FALK Select 35 is a high-quality 35 mu coating that can be used on both roofs and façades. As the steel is coated in zinc, it offers a high level of corrosion resistance. Within the FALK Select 35 coating range we offer a number of colours as standard, including RAL9006, RAL9007, RAL7016 and RAL9002. Other colours are available on request.

FALK Specials

Here at FALK, we are always happy to help you come up with smart solutions. So, in addition to the standard coatings mentioned above, we have also selected a number of special coatings for you – the FALK Specials. These coatings are available in special colours and textures: Wood-look, Metallics and Black & White. The natural wood-look and shiny metallic tones are perfect for adding a distinctive look and feel to any building project. FALK also offers two separate coatings, both of which have unique properties; FALK Black Matt transforms black into a colour, and FALK Reflective White is a sustainable choice.
