FALK values sustainability. That is why we are ISO 14001 certified. ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard indicating a good environmental management system. Our environmental management system must ensure an environmental friendly production of our sandwich panels and profiled sheets. Would you like to know more about our environmental policy? Partly thanks to our ISO 14001 certificate, our products are extremely suitable for BREEAM projects. BREEAM is an assessment method to determine the sustainability performance of buildings.
In addition, FALK works together with various parties to create a sustainable panel. ‘Stroomversnelling’ is a network of ambitious builders, suppliers, corporations, municipalities, financiers and network managers. They work together to make energy neutral renovations and new buildings possible. ‘Stroomversnelling’ strive for a beautiful, comfortable and affordable home for every Dutch homeowner.
FALK is also member of the Duurzaam Gebouwd group. The Dutch construction industry faces enormous challenges: from reducing failure costs to reducing CO2 emissions. Duurzaam Gebouwd is an integral platform, bringing together all links in the construction and real estate sector. Together with leading partners, Duurzaam Gebouwd focuses on integrated cooperation, knowledge, network sharing and joint development of new business.
